How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote via our website or contact us directly. We’ll ask a few simple questions about your property and requirements to provide an accurate estimate.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No — many of our customers provide access via a key or key safe. We’ll agree access arrangements with you in advance.
Do you need to visit to provide a cleaning quotation?
Whilst we can provide an idea of our costs over the phone, we always prefer to visit your property or premises in order to provide an accurate quotation & understand the environment we will be working in.
We pride ourselves on offering a personal service & as such we like to build a personal relationship - something which are existing customers tell is a very important part of our service.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, our team arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning products and equipment.
Can I have the same cleaners each time?
We aim to provide consistency wherever possible. In the event of holidays or sickness, we will arrange suitable cover to ensure your service continues.
What happens if I’m not happy with a clean?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly. You can feedback directly on our website at www.dazzlerscs.co.uk/feedback
How much notice do I need to skip or change a clean?
We require a minimum of 2 working days’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
Do you offer one-off cleans?
Yes, we offer both regular and one-off cleaning services depending on your needs.
Laundry FAQs
How does your laundry service work?
Simply book a collection, and we’ll collect your laundry, process it at our facility, and return it clean, fresh and ready to use.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Yes, we offer a convenient collection and delivery service for laundry.
How long does laundry take?
Standard turnaround is typically 2 working days. Some items (such as bedding, curtains or specialist items) may take longer.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
No — while we use professional processes and products, stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or become more visible after cleaning.
Do you separate colours and fabrics?
Yes, all items are processed appropriately to protect colours and fabric types.
What happens if an item is damaged?
All items are processed with care, however laundry is undertaken at the customer’s risk. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you offer ironing only?
Yes, we offer ironing as a standalone service or as part of our laundry packages.
Payments & Booking
How do I pay?
We offer secure online card payments, as well as other payment options depending on the service.
When do I need to pay?
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. In most cases, payment is required on completion or in line with your agreed schedule.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes:
• Collection & delivery services: Minimum order value applies
• Drop off & collection: Reduced minimum applies

Can I set up a regular service?
Yes, we offer regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning services, as well as ongoing laundry services.
